Jess Fügler is an American designer whose work explores ideas of narrative, process, and value in domestic objects. Weaving together production from craft and industry, Jess’ designs possess a poetic playfulness that derives from a hands-on approach to making paird with inspiration from ancient and contemporary cultures.

Internationally trained, Jess holds a Master’s degree in Design Products from the Royal College of Art in London, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York alongside additional studies in the Gestaltung program at Bauhaus Universität in Weimar, Germany.

Jess lives and works in New York as Design Director for Matter Made and Co-Founder of Other Kingdom.
